Welcome! Newbies might want to read
on down before going on to the spoilers.
Of course, in Sithly devisement we have
placed the links at the bottom of the page so you have to scroll through
all our blathering to get anywhere anyway.
Bwaaaaaaaaahahahahahah!
*cackles
wickedly*
*snorts*
*rolls
eyes, falls to
ground shaking in silent laughter*
We do wish to offer a resource for
people who would feel very odd sneaking around the children's book section
snickering
*blinks
innocently*
Or those who would rather not spend
$4.99 for a sentence worth of background for their Qui/Obi fic.
*clutches
fanzines and
coin jar protectively*
So you can browse the site at your
leisure and find some nifty slash-perspective commentary, scholastic-offered
sample chapters and slashy passages and quotes our list sibs have spotted
and typed out for us.
*beams
gratefully*
*waggles
pouch of
Star Wars gummies
enticingly*
But if you're going to all that trouble,
why not join us? We're a pretty low-volume list that bubbles up whenever
a new book, news bit or rumor surfaces. We keep on the lookout so you don't
have to.

And just why is a kiddie's series
important to me?
...
Simple. It helps you better
understand the cannon, it gives more fodder to plot bunnies that are wasting
away from tween-episode limbo and adds fandomal dimensions.
Besides, why waste that precious
muse devising elaborate pasts when such a nice, angsty bit has already
been compiled...
A lot of people jumped on
the Star Wars Slash Bandwagon after seeing Episode I--they piece the canon
as they go along, and they should take care to read into the extended universe.
The books are great (until you get into the New Jedi order, *grumbles,
scrunches face*) and you can appreciate the full range of plot gaps to
exploit. *cackles wickedly*
...
Now go read and be de-merried! For all
ye that enter this place will find stories of Episode I enlightenment devoid
of annoying plot complications yelling "Oh, WIZARD!".
